From the previous suggestion the low-end came from the first two sales. One which was an obvious outlier for a N&B Big Elfin Deal (9) and another for a bulk sale (10) which shouldn't be used to set the low-end. The range is 12-14 without those sales.

Seems fair enough to me. It seems a bit wrong to call a 2 for 1 trade a "bulk sale" even at this tier of unusual but it did rely on a mini as well, and it's pretty heavily countered.
