i read streaming and i was 2 minutes thinking wtf how it can be streaming on twitch and then i realized its steaming ;.;

The guy had a pure B/O of 30 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26281982 . Since backpack.tf prices are based on the pure value of an item, then the sale should be capped at that value because it surpassed it.
