I'm going to list my own buys/sells here and include an SCM sale since one was used in the previous suggestion so its OK when other kinds of evidence are impossible to trace.

Credit to previous suggester Jacobmeister for Sales 1 and 4

Sale 4: (not in range, just fixing from previous suggestion)

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198237861916?time=1439103600

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198237861916?time=1439190000 - sold for aus. pro. ks wrench + ~2 keys in sweets

Pricing the wrench using low end market price was harsh, it will vary on sheen/streaker and its valuable parts/spells, http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Professional%20Killstreak%20Australium%20Wrench Sold Range on August 6-10 was £55-£75, meaning that the wrench is worth somewhere between 32-40 keys (quickbuyers counter the low end of that too), far too volatile to use in pricing without a mini which couldn't be obtained here due to poor history snapshots.

Every other sale I could find had no traceable histories/were dupes. Feedback is welcomed, I want to get better at this.

just a tip, don't put a paragraph like that as your header. you'll get less positive votes than Clinton

I see no reason why the aussie wrench sale shouldn't be included in the range. Yes, pro ks aussies can vary in price so we take the avg of scm sales for suggestions. The avg of 32-40 is 36

Yes but it involves a transfer via SCM to keys (this gets messy with different currencies), the wrench in question has a few keys of parts/spells and in general SCM sales for non-commodities like Pro-KSs are kind of messy and I'd avoid them If I can.

Completely off-topic: Gotta ask, is this one of the cheapest Sunbeams -unusuals?

In my opinion one of the nicest cheap ones, but no there are a few cheaper ones out there.

http://backpack.tf/effects/Sunbeams As you can see, everything lower is either robo/heavy/engie or an otherwise mediocre looking hat.

You can get a lot of cheap heavy sunbeam unusuals for 25 keys or under

Not bad. Quicksale at 40 counters the wrench sale - 40 shouldn't even be in the range if it's a QS though.

My only problem is with the SCM sale - two different sale values should come from that, what the buyer paid for it and what the seller receives.

(I'm using USD for this as well, as prices for keys in USD don't fluctuate. Refer to this if you're confused also: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/ )

          So, sale 3 should be:

143.21 (what the buyer paid) / 2.49 (price of keys in SCM) = ~58

          143.21 / 1.15 (taxes, this will give us what you receive too) / 2.49 = ~50

So in all honesty, if we're calling 40 an outlier due to it quickselling, then the range here should be 45-58.

I'd love to use the 'buyer paid' aspect of this, but buyers will always pay a premium when using the convenient SCM and that would inflate the prices making all of Outpost look like quicksales in comparison. Using the amount I received is much fairer to the general unusual market in terms of price since I had a B/O of ~50 keys on OP at the time anyway.

I don't think you can "cut" the SCM sale http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55e5ca43b98d8848248b4610

From what i have learned, if you are using SCM sales you have to take in consideration what buyer paid and what buyer received, not just one.

Hmm, apparently so. Well my trade on OP at the time had a B/O of 50 keys so it'd be capped at that anyway (Just call it SCM overpay). But yes definitely something to keep in mind when next suggesting/voting.

didnt it just got updated recently?

Yea this is more of a correction than anything, I asked the previous suggester to correct and they told me to do it myself.
