So yeah, I've been buying at 0.11 for a long time:

My buy order likes to remove itself (I always have scrap in stock too, which is odd) but I have been buying at this much for a few months, and I have 100+. Generally there are normally a few sellers at 1 wep, but I'm just taking a quick look and I don't see any, so I guess this is good?
