how can hats be real if the 7 isnt real?
1 in classies at 9 keys
Seller at 9: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26916404
Looks like you're new here
What you need here is sales, for examples look at one of my recent suggestions such as http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55ec33ffb98d8862568b45f6
Refer to that for examples of sales, I also have perfect examples of minis on it.
For this unusual that you're trying to price, it has many owners.
So I would resuggest with around 3-5 sales.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to add me or reply and I can help you in any way :)
You don't always need sales doe ;-;
I was under the belief that sales weren't needed for price lowering?
Well yes you have me at that, but since so many own this unusual, you need more proof that people are selling at 9 instead of 10 or at least lower than 10. If you want to do it that way you would need to find at least 2-3 other sellers at 9 or below 10. But I mean I personally would do sales, but whatever you want to do is fine with me.
There are sales you can check out here
http://backpack.tf/item/3437844100
http://backpack.tf/item/714140273 - Duped, but sales are possibly about the same value.
Edit: Also, I believe you can lower a hat based on buyouts if it's a 15% change, which this isn't.
15% with b/o u need
As indicated, we allow pricing off b/os for unusuals only if the change is greater than 15%
