I have no proof to my claim, however I was recently in a server where 2 people sold both for a key each.
I also bought one, but I traded it for a hat worth at the time, only 5ref.
Hey, you are maybe right, but you need to show us by showing us proof of sales. If you are raising an item, you need some people that sold it for for this price. Proof are links from:
tf2outpost.com
How to find a sale? Go to outpost and bookmark a trade. (bookmarking is this button in trades http://prntscr.com/878czk its like saving the trade so you can come back to it later in this page http://prntscr.com/878d9n )
So you bookmarked the trade 5 days ago, now you looked and the person sold it. What to do now? Put it in the suggestion! For example current backpack.tf price is 3.66 refined, and the sale is at 4 refined. You can format it like this:
Suggesting price from 3.66 refined to 4 refined.
Sale
4 ref http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26842985
But! Before clicking on ''create suggestion'', look at current sellers! You may find seller at 3.66, that means you need to include it and put it in suggestion, so now it will be like this:
Suggesting price from 3.66 refined to 3.66-4 refined.
Sale
4 ref http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26842985
Seller
3.66 ref http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26842985
This is some basic data. If you want to not make any mistakes, ill suggest you to read this:

If you have any questions about suggesting prices, feel free to ask any experienced suggester, they will answer you and help you with your suggestion. :)
You need proof for this price to be accepted.
proof is kind of the most important part of a suggestion
Needs a bump since Halloween is coming. The proof is out there!
