you have one being sold for 17 and one being sold for 18

just because one was sold for one under the current price doesn't mean the price should suddenly drop, it was probably a negotiation.

no need to lower this.

The price has to be updated (it's 4 months old), so there is nothing wrong with that.

there are some unusuals that haven't been updated in years

they don't need regular updates

If there are recent sales, they can and should be updated. It's way better for everyone to have a 17-18 range updated recently than an 18 updated months ago. Market can change a lot in a few months, not this case, but still.
