If it sold for more in pure than your buyout, I would say it should not be capped at that BO (especially if it happened within an hour). Unless lower sellers or sales have occurred, I'd suggest at 5 flat

Round it up to 4.8. Also add any sellers if possible.

.75 / .25 / .05 is acceptable

I and others have had suggestions with .25 accepted. 4 ref fits nicely into 16. I'll round at a mod's request.
