67 is probably an outlier - an offer made by a steam wallet scammer who doesn't really care about overpaying. Both on the market have b/os under 60.

55 flat should be fine with 40-44 and 67 as outliers on either end, I guess.

The 44 b/o sale went in hours. Definite outlier. Resuggesting at 55 flat, though i dont really think just because he's a scammer, his trades should be ignored.
