Where does 40 come from?

Also, 35 was a quicksell. More sales are really needed here. There's nothing you've provided that can be used though.
35 wasn't a quicksell at all. The price is outdated for 12 Months and you can't get more for the hat. Like you can see there are 6 Unsolds at the Market for 50+ and no sold above 35 keys recently.
It sold for pure B/O the same day outpost trade was opened. That's a quicksale.
If it doesn't sell for 50 keys it doesn't mean it can't sell for 40+
