im changing the value by .80 ref

edit: also if you look at older accepted suggestions for pink paint, you can see a change in value by 5% (or from .95 to 1 key / 1 key to .95 as happened before)

my trade at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26942899 is selling them for 0.9 keys by giving 2 ref back on a key, not sure if that counts for anything

i did include that as proof, but it was a bit confusing, of keys being at 16 ref, im not sure if u were doing that because people are selling keys at 17 ref now or something like that :p

I would prefer to have a stock of keys over a stock of metal

This is essentially taking 14 out of the range due to there being no market for it. Seems fair.
