Just refreshing an old (but accurate) price. (potassium bonnet is OP btw)
oh my god are you kidding me?
Hey, you are maybe right, but you need to show us by showing us proof of sales. If you are suggesting unusuals, you need some sales for this price. You can use your sale too if you happen to sell this unusual! You can gather proof from:
1. Screenshoting your sale, how to find it? Go to your steam profile, then click on inventory http://prntscr.com/8bgjqb then on more and on history of sales http://prntscr.com/8bgk7o and screenshot the trade and upload it on Imgur by Printscreen or you can use Gyazo or Lightshot (if you dont know these words, try google)
2. Adding someone who have this hat and ask him for what did he bought it and try to ask him if he will screenshot his trade.
3. Use Julia script. What it does is compare differences between two snapshots of the inventory at different times. Comparing items added, removed, and altered between those two points. http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/33627-user-script-compare-differences-between-inventory-snapshots-and-more/ As yo ucan see for example here http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55e5d78edea9e943238b462b
Another thing you need to know is overpay rule. That means if it sold for some unusual, you need to count the worth of the unusual x 0.9.
Another thing is, that the unusual for what it sold can be outdated, that means last accepted suggestion for it was more than 4 months ago. So you need to do a mini. Mini is minisugegstion, sale of the unusual, for what sold the original unusual you are suggesting.
Try looking at past accepted suggestions how to format the suggestions.
Suggesting unusuals isnt that easy, it has a lot of things you need to learn, but its possible, just read all of this:

If you have any questions about suggesting prices, feel free to ask any experienced suggester, they will answer you and help you with your suggestion.
Oh look, another wall of text, haven't seen this before.
i know right (but i helped pretty alot people with it)
Maybe shorten it a bit? It's simply annoying at this point.
i dunno how it should be shorter
more information = he will know more
Everything you have written is available in other places, you don't have to spam a wall of text to get your point across, if he really cared to learn about suggesting, he would (probably) easily find what he needs to know. (do like Mindacos if anything, short and simple)
You need proof in order to refresh an unusual's price.
Read the rules next time. http://backpack.tf/rules
