http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26386020 declined 20 pure and had offers exceeding 16. Im fairly sure dropping based on duped sales whilst higher offers in pure have been declined on clean ones is not the best way to go

If I remember, there was something in the suggestion guide which stated "Duped unusuals don't matter under 3 buds" when buds were actually worth 10+ keys.

I might be completely wrong, but for a low tier hat, and the fact it's so heavily outdated, this seems fine.

That's really just a guideline - whilst you're not exactly wrong, I would rather use clean sales than duped sales anywhere possible :P

Also, the drop here is huge. I understand that it's a 3rd gen outdated for one year, but that doesn't mean clean sales may be higher.
