I would call that sale an outlier. The seller of the attendant in that sale appears to have bought the attendant a few weeks prior with ~50+ keys in australiums and a cloudy ten gallon. I would look into that sale more.

The Texas Ten Gallon has no useable sales, and I was actually looking forward to updating it with that same sale.

My only concern would be that it'd be valued too low, but eh.
