Gotta keep it current. Volt-age can cause a price to become outdated.
Revisiting to include sales on the duped Glengarry Bonnet, as suggested by Marty Birdman and ĔлigмД.t✖t.
The results were shocking and the effort was negatively disproportionate to the effect.
Sale #1: Pure Sale — sold for 16 Keys pure
Inventory of seller before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198095335435?time=1441782000 (September 9th)
Inventory of seller after: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198095335435?time=1441868400 (September 10th)

Sale #2: Complex Sale — TaW Bonnet + Steaming Vintage Tyrolean (mini at 16) for a S. Spec KS Australium Scattergun (mini at 37.5) + S. Pro KS Bat (mini at 1.9) + S. KS Rocket Launcher (mini at 0.71)
Thus, x (Glengarry Bonnet) + 16 = 37.5 + 1.9 + 0.71
x (Glengarry Bonnet) = 37.5 + 1.9 + 0.71 - 16 = 24 Keys
Inventory of seller before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198149688091?time=1439190000 (August 10th)

Steaming Vintage Tyrolean Mini-suggestion (~ 16 Keys)
Sale # 1 — Sold for 12 Keys pure, seems awfully low (might conceivably be a quicksell)
Inventory of seller before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198003486230?time=1439881200 (August 18th)
Inventory of seller after: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198003486230?time=1439967600 (August 19th)
Note: 18 Keys appear as "New" in the inventory of the seller, but 6 are from a separate sale, as indicated by the differences in time and discontinuity in item ID.
Sale # 2 — Sold for a Stormy Storm Berliner's Bucket Helm = 0.9 * 18 Keys = 16 Keys, rounding down.
Inventory of seller before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198081087666?time=1435734000 (July 1st)
Inventory of seller after: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198081087666?time=1435906800 (July 3rd)

SCM Sales vary from $1.53 CDN to $3.40 CDN, with a legion of local maxima in between.
Average:
$2.50 CDN
Keys:
$3.30 CDN
$2.50 / $3.30 = ~0.76 (high-end)
$2.50 / 1.15 = $2.17 / $3.30 = ~0.66 (low-end)
Taking 0.66 - 0.76 as mini-suggestion price (0.71).
Final Remarks:
Pure sale took ~3 months (acquired on June 14th and sold on September 10th), which would suggest the sale is representative according to time.
Duped sales can be used conventionally, particularly for lower-tier Unusuals (less than or equal to about 30 Keys in value). However, dupes technically cannot be used to lower a price, according to the official rulebook on the matter. Nonetheless, I do not believe it exerts a very strong influence in this case.
Cannot find any other Bonnets and their respective sales. This should be sufficient.
