Or maybe you're saying he put that in the trade once he sold it and just wanted to put that there because who knows why, then no, he was just saying he sold it for 44 keys in the past, I have no clue where that sale was.

Read the notes. You claimed that he sold it for 41 keys but he stated on there that he sold it for 44 keys.

Backpack history isn't reliable all the time. At times, the keys may be transferred very quickly which resulted in it not being picked up in the histories. If you are doubtful about that, you should probably add the seller to confirm.
