You know what makes me "oh god" more? These new hats have been out like a week and there's already six of these in existence.

it;s been just over 2 weeks now. It looks like the drop rate is approx half that of the thirst blood. I have a feeling that the mechanics of the drop system is rather than a higher chance to drop an unusual, simply all the unusuals that are uncrated from that case are only the hats listed. That would match up with the the numbers pretty well.

The Thirst Blood was the only unusual in the crate it was in.

And I haven't seen an unusual bananahat or cardbeard yet, certainly not six of one effect, this hat does appear to have -something- different going on with it.

The situation is just very reminiscent.

I've neen a PE banana hat, and there's some unu cardbeards on OP. I definitely don;t disagree that it;s very similar. I uncrated a sunbeams rotation, and i definitely don;t expect to get even close to as much as the other recent new allclasses if i sell it

Pretty certain it was PE, though my memory certainly isn't infallible. stats.tf doesnt update incredibly fast, so more might've been uncrated.

They have different chances of being unboxed, bananas and cardbeards are the rarest, rotation sensation is the most common one.

I feel his pricing is fair. Also to consider, I didn't get many offers on outpost for about a week when I unboxed it... and the offer I accepted was the best I'd gotten.

I think it may be worth considerably more, as these sales took place a while ago and recently they have been getting much higher offers. For instance, the tf logo one sold for a dupped burning modest just the other day. Also, the sellers on outpost seem to be asking closer to 450-500. Just wanted to put that out there, as it may be better to wait to price dis shit

The sales are consistent, not old in the slightest, and a seller had confirmed this was the best offer he received.

Asking prices mean absolutely nothing.

The offer on the logo one is the outlier, as planets took a week to sell for ~50. Logo is also rarer as it stands right now.

Yeah, i see what your saying. I just think these lower sales were a result of a rapid increase in competition the hats being unboxed by people who arent all that familiar with the tf2 trading scene

That competition is only going to get worse.

I would have to disagree with this pricing purely because im seeing lesser effects from the same hat fetch more and the last i saw changed hands for a burning modest (although duped). The first week in all honesty i wouldnt expect many offers as it being new and unpriced, so i can understand why the seller sold for 210 but i dont think its a viable figure.

i kinda agree, ive had offers on my vivid plasma of around 300 in unus.
