Conclusion:

From the info given we can see that people struggle to sell it for 37 keys, this is the current listed price.

People selling for 40 keys have had no success either.

The only sold hat was for 30 keys, 1 month ago.

4 Traders looking for offers.

Not seeing any proof of 34 keys. Prices need to be based on sales. Most of this is unnecessary, you only need the sales. It makes it much tidier and easier to read.

In this case, only the trade that sold for 30 keys can be reviewed as proof?

If it's the only valid sale, it's perfectly fine to update an unusual with a single sale. Though I can tell you there have been a lot of recent sales.
