      As others have stated, you cannot use unsolds to make a base price for an unusual; if anything it just counters you and implies that it should be priced lower.

          It's not BAD for a first suggestion, but you need sales. Showing that it doesn't sell at the specified price makes it invalid.

                The only reason that is so is due to the fact they sell like once and then disappear from the market, or there is just proof everywhere it throws people off game
