Second suggestion, alright, here we go.

This hat is a 1 of 1, owner doesn't seem keen on reselling it any time soon.

I believe you need two sales to price an unusual?

I mean I don't know if that applies to unusuals that only one exist of, so..

yeah, I wasn't sure either so I looked at the guides, and 1 of 1 unusuals are special exceptions, and if other sales pop up there can just be other suggestions.

Doesnt need 2 sales if there are no sellers. I can price an unusual with 1 sale if someone else (or the owner) is not selling it.

This was already explained to me.
