Thanks for the suggestion, but as indicated, this doesn't meet the criteria of pricing off one sale. You'll need to wait a month to see if it sells again. If it does not, this should be fine.

I have one question: if it does sell again, can a Strange Unusual be used to price the non-Strange Unusual?

I know this doesn't matter when there are strangifiers, where you can just add/remove the value of the strangifier to get the correct value. But in this case it can only be obtained in Strange quality from unboxing, and it certainly adds value.

It's okay when it's a 1 of 1 hat and the only version that exists is strange. If a non-strange one gets unboxed, it can be re-adjusted. But chances are it won't happen soon and this will be outdated by then anyways.

The tin topi unfortunately has no recent usable sales or offers. That sale will probably be a bit higher than 45 but not by much. This can get a range once the topi sells finally.
