Blue Belt! :D - Feels weird after having green belt for 1.5 years

I have noticed sellers going through classifieds regularly at 9.66 in the last few weeks. I know it's not 5% change but I think it needs the drop.

Less than 5% change. Staying nuetral because I have no idea how they rule these XD. It's a 50/50 chance with all of em.

Look at Cashew's comment. But other than that you're kinda right. Puddington accepted 1 suggestion that was less than 5% change, while polar closed one. So I really don't know. I stay neutral on such suggestions and try as a suggestor myself to avoid doing less than 5% chance suggestions.
