Yea. If an item with added attributes, such as paint or parts or killstreak, is being sold for lower than its price, when it normally sells for higher, than a drop is needed.

Well, because I think mods said something like "You can't use painted/killsteaked stuff as proof" but I guess if it can't sell with like 7 ref paint, it won't sell without it either. As you can remove it anytime you want.
