Anger can be priced off this. Not many sales for that recently.

Sale before was also for a higher tier hat - C9 crones - and it's also outdated.

And that's it. Other ones without the killstreak haven't sold in 2+ years, and I haven't seen convincing evidence that the killstreak adds any value in general. Occasionally good marketing can get the anomalous sale but it seems like for most hats they are selling about the same and that the effect of the killstreak gets less and less the higher the value of the hat. Going to accept this.
