there are a lot of people who sell it in 11, and one in 12.. so why 12..?

because 12 ref is a quick sale price and buyers at 11. did you even look at the proof?

I did, but you have 1 buyer in 12, that you claim you quicksale it in 10 mins.. this is not enough...

im just curious : there are 2x selling for 10.66 and 3x 11 - 1x 11.22 13x 11.33 !! , is a raise to 12 ref really needed?

Probably, when there are as many buyers as sellers at 1 price it's safer to do a range

im kinda asking if 12 is an outlier or not :/
