Weird suggestion, hope this is okay.
Basically, I just sold this to a friend under an agreement.
I'm brokering for him, and he gave me 308 keys to resell stuff: http://puu.sh/keWid/a362c8a71f.png (can't zoom out, should prove there's over 150 there).
He noticed I had this hat, and loving the theme, wanted to buy it off me.
As I already had his keys, we deducted it off the amount I owed him (150)
So, technically this is a pure sale?

Sorry for it being so weird, but it's 1:1 for forever, probably, and he has no intentions to sell it (Been helping him make a full Darksouls themed set)

Regardless what you owed him, he paid 150. And it should be marked down as that as a sale.

and it's the only valid sale for a while. If I recall, my friend got it dirty cheap off the SCM.
