Year old price, lots more exist now than exist then. Let's fix the old pricing Thanks to c0Rn!x for helping me here, he sure knows his stuff.
1st sold:

My trade. No offers for 6 months, best offer received was 25 keys pure Other offer worth 45 keys of unusuals was gone in a flash.
Eventually sold for Bubbling Tough Stuff Muffs, which also has another old price. (Mini suggestion incoming)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26858671 Has been "quickselling" for about 20 days at 30 keys. With 90% overpay that's 27 keys, thus the low value. If still using it's current price then 30 x 1.1 of overpay is 33, giving the high value.
Only other current sellers are going for 50 keys

Neither have garnered much attention, due to the fact that it's clear this unusual is nowhere near as valuable as it was a year ago.
(Most other solds are either too old to use, or do not list what they sold them for)
If the current seller did not manage to sell his hat, why would the price range be applied? Also, he didn't sell it for 30 Keys in Items so why did you apply the item overpay rule to his B/o?
Just use the new price (low value), not both. 27 flat.
You misunderstood, the old price of 33 was replaced with the "mini-suggestion" of 27 keys. If you resuggest only 27 flat it should be fine. Agreeing with Tiny Cat and actually i meant it in your previous suggestion.
