I'm pretty sure you need another sale to price unpriced hats. If no more sales can be found, then you have to wait a month after the sale to use it on a suggestion.

Either he has to wait a month from the sale and if no other sales or sellers occur, he may use this price.

As the hat is 200+ keys its fine to price this immediately off of a single sale especially as the sale was entirely in keys.

But the sale happened a few days ago. Doesn't the 1 month wait "rule" apply here?

No, one of the exceptions to that rule is for hats worth 200+ keys.

Well, this hat is high-tier and rare, which are the two exceptions mentioned there. For rare hats the month wait applies according to the guide. But i guess the "rare" exception was made for hats worth less than 200 keys.

Anyways, i will keep an eye on this one and see how it goes.
