I think this hat has glitched history, it was clean before i got it but 5 min later showed up as duped one - but no overlapping IDs :) Solid proof, rare hat - upvote.

Yeah, I think it is a glitch as well. Heard it happens in rare occasions that a hat gets marked as 'duped' whilst it actually isnt :p

If i remember correctly i scanned hat in both backpacks after i got it, for short amount of time it was still showing up in previous owners backpack - so it was tagged as duped one since "showed up" in 2 backpacks (looks like "race condition"). Maybe devs/moderators can debug this - it is quite interesting :)

Didn't try to get the effects in the screenshot, since history confirms the hats. Offers have been more consistent with my buyout than the current list value, so no shocker, I'm inclined to agree with the suggestion.
