The keys in your mini don't even come from the next person in the VF History, the fact you didn't confirm the histories puts the integrity of the suggestion in jeopardy

I know you can't confirm it, but I've talked to one of the owners and they say they bought it for 266 USD which is around 115 in Keys and this might need to be accounted. I've been waiting for another sale to come to see if it really is around 150 Keys.
