Past sales haven't gone above 1.55 keys (seller's price) so no, he couldn't.

this guy sold his for 2 keys, but thats just one outlier. on the comunity market the sales are, as hugh jazz mann said, around 1.55 keys. but since scm takes off some of the price, that would lower it a bit. it was just a suggestion of a suggestion so idk, but i dont think the current price should just be doubled from one sale

theres another seller on tf2 outpost selling for 2 keys because he has a strange part and paint. most of the rest of the market is on the scm (26 sales in the past month)
Firstly, only 388 of these exist which is rare.
Secondly, SCM Price 8.48 USD now & Only 4 on sale. Only 1 of them for sale on backpack.tf and only 5 on sale on Outpost at the moment.
The sellers on Outpost mostly are taking offers or selling it for 2 keys or more.
Considering the low amount of this strange in the market 1 sale should be enough.
