Since this is based on one full pure sale, Im counting it as 45 keys pure
-> 45 keys

Sale 2:
Cannot determine this sale. Buyer's backpack seems to be missing a ★ Butterfly Knife | Scorched (battle-scarred) which might have been exchanged for it.

Im not sure of this sale and will therefore not use it. Value-wise it would be around the
40 key mark.

Cant trace the just-outdated sale of 3 months ago either. Gonna go 45 flat.
Constructive criticism welcome!

3 exist dont you need more than 1 sale?
Not necessarily. It was the only recent usable sale that I used for its value.
The other ones that exist:
http://backpack.tf/item/1668746537 Has not sold in over 2 years
http://backpack.tf/item/1648218332 Has not sold for 100+ days
In general, updates for hat prices do not require two sales, as opposed to setting a new price for a hat. Naturally, if more sales have occurred, they should be taken into account as well, as more sales will give a more accurate impression of its selling potential. But since no other sales have recently happened, this one sale should suffice.
even if the owner plans on reselling?
Yeah. The reselling rule only applies to new prices that are being set.
