Only a 4.53% change. Staying neutral.

I think the 5% rule was basically removed, and now the rule is mostly just to prevent unnecessary changes. Besides, he resuggested with this range because I asked him to.

I understand that it is for unnecessary changes. If it were me I would have kept it at 1 key, as the amount of sellers make the sale seem like an outlier, especially at only a 1 refined difference. It is pretty close to 5 so maybe it will be fine. Ultimately it's up to a mod, hence why I am remaining neutral.
