Because there is a buyer at 61

The buyer for 61 was clearly a one time thing. Only one buyer for 30, and even though there aren't any sellers for less than 60 on backpack,tf, outpost sellers are willing to take 35 (I added two people to buy one, one asked for 40 and came down to 38, another asked for 35, which I purchased.)

EDIT : Please ignore me, I am stupid. I didn't see the other buyers and stuff for some reason. Upvoted.
