I think I've pretty much mastered the art in the past 9 months.

then there's me with a year's worth of experience, barely a blue belt, and more closed suggestions than opened ;-;

And me, 10 months experience, 1200+ accepted suggestions, black belt, and #6 contributor. 'Course I've retired now, I think I've done my part :)

I want to point out that the spartan is in-date and therefore doesnt need a mini. Taking 1 for a spec ks rocketlauncher is okay given its selling values (technically its more like 0.8 I guess, which rounds to 1 anyway).

My main problem is that this hat has been updated very recently, with 3 sales (at 19, 19 and 20). If you wish to update this hat, you'll have to include those sales and apply overpay on everything that isn't pure.

Spartan is updated at ~18. Taking 1 for the rocket, this would mean 0.9*(18+1) +5 = ~22.

Although an update is technically not needed, you may proceed and resuggest at 19-22, including the sales from the previous suggestion that are still valid.

That makes a change of barely 5%. Either way, I'm unsure if it's a necessary change.

Yeah, as said, an update is not needed as you recently updated it already :P but if he insists on doing so, he may, given that he does so properly
