I guess I'm taking Randy's suggestion on what he had to say; "Now without an exact mini 32 could be the slightest bit high, but your sale of 26 is a sale of a higher tier hat for a smaller one, which i also dont advise. I myself would have do 32 flat, since i really stick by the Higher and Lower tier hat rule."
