Ruling 25 an Outlier.

Whirly is now 19 keys on bp.tf that makes it 17 after overpay.

Swagman offer will be 14 keys so it would make the 11 key sale an outlier kinda. I would say resuggest at 14-17.

I would have thought these things would have gone for more, but that's just my opinion
