Fortified ($7.43/ 3 keys) + Box-trot (1.4 keys) + rag FOR flying ($5.19/ 2 keys) + Aussie Axe ($27.60/ 11 keys) + shortstop ($6.07/ 2.5 keys) + Villain's Veil Strangifier ($9.67/ 3.7 keys) + killer exclusive (4 ref/ 0.25 keys)

Since the hat + items were offered on the pro ks items overpay 10% will be applied to the hat (to make stuff easier im taking 90% of value on right side)

So, letting U be the rag

3+1.4+U = 0.9(2+11+2.5+3.7+0.25)

4.4 + U = 17.505

U = 13.105

So we can round U down to 13 keys which supports my range.
