Don't know if this changes anything, but I was offered a scorching ground control + 20 keys on my burning Tyrant's:

I'm guessing that was the same guy who got the Tyrant in this sale, somehow he got it with only 10 keys added through Bob :P

But surely, he must've valued it lower since he offered the Ground Control lower since he decided to offer 20 keys on top of the Ground Control for my Tyrant's?

Or I'm just midunderstanding.

Regardless, I'll upvote this.
