Im really new to suggesting so I will take all constructive criticism.
Since you bought your rack for 37 pure, you dont apply overpay on the rack.
If max's is clean, you dont apply overpay on that either.
However, you overstated your painted hats by a good amount, theyre impossible to sell
This should be fine anyways, just stuff for future reference
...actually that "Pure overpay" thing on the rack is bull, just because the rack sold for pure doesn't mean it's exempt from overpay
The Rack is a hat, an item
Keys are pure, a different item
*Sigh* And i see this again. Since overpay is here to help determine pure values, why would you overpay on pure?
Hypothetical.
A suggestion passes, ALL THE SALES ARE PURE.
That hat is then involved in a later sale for another hat.
What do you do then?
Do you break the second rule of ALL SUGGESTING EVER and don't apply overpay even though hat X got offered Hat Y (The pure priced hat)?
Or do you actually realise that hats aren't freaking keys and apply overpay logistically?
Everytime I see that hypothetical pop up, overpay is ALWAYS APPLIED. I see numerous suggestors apply overpay, and i don't count myself
And tell me
Since when did we consider hats pure?
When did Hats = keys?
Tell me, logically tell me.
Don't pull off a similar "Because overpay is nonexistant for hats that sell for pure", that's a fallacy and just repetition
Well, if you really want to talk about that, guess i can try to write something to defend myself.

First of all - you clearly missed the point. I'm not updating rack to 37 keys from whatever it was. Right here and now it is used as a mini, and it won't go out of this suggestion, i guess. 37 keys is 37 keys. Recent sale is recent sale. Your questions don't really... well... i dunno, fitting right here? For an actual suggestion of rack - sure, but not for mini.
But how does a mini differ from a normal suggestion, the damn name is even similar
'Mini-suggestion' and 'Suggestion'
Both are used to find values of a hat
Both differentiate from duped and gifted
Both use the same god damn rules of overpay regardless of the circumstances.
The only difference is one can be substantiated with offers, buyouts or only one sale, and the other uses sales as a majority
I am also not sure what recent sales have to do with regarding overpay, so that's another fallacy
*Talking about low-mid tier hats, note that.
"But how does a mini differ from a normal suggestion"
I can pull a mini off 1 the most appropriate and recent sale, can't do the same with real update due to "hey, there are more sales".
Minis don't go out of suggestions they're made in. I don't always update hats by suggestions, sometimes it's better to leave it as a mini, like here http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55decf8fdea9e976428b4674 . Call me lazy? Maybe.
Minis for duped\gifted hats are needed because you know why. But gifted sales don't go in "normal suggestions" for reasons, again.

Eh, since i can't really format things in foreign language @deep night, i'll repeat my point: I'm not gay but 37 is 37. If i'll pay 100 keys for a hat i don't want to see it being priced @90 even as a mini.
Pretty much most of that is irrelevant to overpay so i'll focus on the bit that is.
"If i pay 100 keys for a hat I don't want to see it being priced @ 90 even as a mini"
The hat's true price is 100. The value is maintained, no worries there
The mini's price is 90 if it was offered on the hat being priced, it doesn't affect the base vale of the hat AT ALL, I'm pretty sure you're breaking another logistic rule of suggesting, OPINIONS AREN'T PROOF
Sugar this is LEFT UP TO THE SUGGESTER, yes there are 2 ways to do it, no not everyone does it the same way. We all know your opinion on this and I do agree with your's, however I have seen you post this on countless suggestions and almost every time it ends in drama.
This is the first time i've posted it in like 4 months, not "countless suggestions", the number has been 7, i remember every single one
Well this is an interesting point. Polar actually talked about it in another suggestion: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55dd3f43ba8d883f6c8b4569#comment-55ddbbbdb98d886f4e8b45a7
Personally, the problem i find when applying overpay on pure is having double overpay in another suggestion. But i guess it's up to the suggester, as Polar said.
At least this refers to the choice of the suggestor not a "it must be this way" *cough cough* Bob and Shadow
And it's actual word of a mod, not an opinion
Actually, as an add:
