I would vote for 10, but 9 keys it's a bit low imo, it's still an unusual (sure, low-tier in both effect and hat itself)

get proof of 10 then.

Ask SolidRock then, he may have used a few keys immediatly after the trade (like some people do), remember that he asked 11 keys pure or 14 in overpay on Outpost, one single sale shouldn't be enough to decide a drop of 4 keys, he may have went for a quicksale too.

We're basing this vote on 1 sale, the other isn't that usable, so do excuse me for having doubts you know.

it took him a month to sell, the majority of which he has been selling it for 11. Not a single offer listed on OP. Sure, he may have gotten private offers and stuff, but its a clear indication this hat is very hard to sell even below its current outdated bp price.

Other sales of this hat are not suitable to use, since one was a bulksale for a bubbling bonk, and the other - as listed here - was with a ~14 key hat for a ~15 key hat. I didnt check whether they were outdated or not, but either way, it'd be unusable to price this hat with.

That leaves me with only one sale in the past 3 months with supportive evidence that - despite being valued at 13 on bptf - his hat gets extremely limited attention when its being sold for 11 keys

As there have been complaints about this being too low, I have done some research. No other clean sales have appeared as far as I know, but I tracked one more duped sale.

Its a relatively old sale and its a dupe, but it supports the drop to 9. I generally do not do this as I think even at this tier, dupes at least have slightly less selling potential than clean equivalents, but it is not uncommon to see duped sales pass by in suggestions such as these. It should do as supportive evidence on this suggestion.
