This one im a bit confused on if i should do overpay or not,

Now heres the part when im unsure if overpay is done.

I offered my burning belgian + sweets for some dudes hazmat + pyromancer. he counter offered his hazmat + ywn if i switched my belgian with the toughmuffs. Because of this, i think it counts as him offering me so theres no overpay? Not sure though, would like to get some input here.

If he offered back, it counts as him offering so overpay shouldn't be applied in this case

not sure what you're saying but if you traded an unusual for unusuals, you need to provide overpay regardless of what the counter offer was

You shouldn't use a higher tier hat to price a lower tier one. It should be the other way around. My general rule of thumb is if the updated hat is more than 2x higher in value, it shouldn't be used to price the lower tier hat. A 300 key hat should definitely not be used to price a 100 key one.

There are some older ones too. He's been selling forever. Honestly, this could probably be dropped to 77 based on b/os alone. The muffs actually have a more than 2 month old price and could probably use an update using this sale.
