Now... everybody saw that backpack tf price for the gardener is 3.6 keys, but it's not! This needs a raise obviously, too many sellers with different prices, one normal for 4 keys and a specialized for 8 here! On outpost many spec ks selling from 6 to 8 keys. Hope that this isn't a weird price for it, tell me if i'm wrong, but i tried, thanks! =)

The chemistry set i think its more expensive when it not have a use.

I feel like I should say this.

Collector's Chemistry Sets that are set at 199/200 shouldn't be used to update the more common collector's items(and this IS a common one, just take a look at the number of outpost and market sellers), as those people would pay more than usual since they'd get the item with it's original ID. This has been done plenty of times, and this is not an exception.

Even if your sale was for a completed market gardener, it's countered by the sales/sellers on outpost and steam market: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Collector's%20Specialized%20Killstreak%20Market%20Gardener (3 Spec KS Sellers BELOW the suggested range).
