Purchased for around 40ish keys in items. Item overpay wasn't taken into account and would have been the same price pure by seller.

Have also been offered a 120ish key unusual for soldier but turned it down due to personal attachment. Neglected to take screenshots. Word value probably doesn't account for much.

Item overpay does need to be applied though, so it isn't 40 keys, it is 36 keys pure, not 40, and you can't make a range from one sale. Also you don't have enough proof. This is obvious manipulation, close this suggestion before you are banned or warned.
