I'm using the Bomber mini in the sense that if it's been offered 200 Pure, then it can't be less than that.

The Private Eye had a legitimate mini. That + Bomber left 130.5 Keys off of the Buyout Cap.

If the Pyromancer's has been offered 180 Keys (Clean Pyromancer), and a duped Pyromancer's has been offered an unusual likely >150, then it's a safe bet that the Pyromancer's is >130.5, and thus the buyout cap is applicable.

I would have asked a mod, but both that I have added are offline.
