This will be my first "real" suggestion!
Let's just get this out of the way, this hat is pretty ugly. But the effect is meh.
Recently sold mine on the the community market for $75 USD *EXACTLY 75*
PROOF
From the Community Market- http://imgur.com/yWotQp4
His/Hers Backpack after the purchase- http://imgur.com/zOXSl6z
37 Keys is roughly $74.25 USD 38 Keys is roughly $76.26
So for the range I put 36-39 to get a good balance between the 37-38 keys.
I bought mine yesterday for a Stare From Beyond Hermes and I got a Sub Zero Suit with it :)
You don't need a "good balance", you put the prices as they are. And you do 75/key price and 75-15%/taxes.
Thomasson is right, kinda.
For the range you'd do what YOU received and what the BUYER paid.
So if you got 75$ you'd do 75/key price as the low end, then what they PAID/key price as the high end.
I meant to write 75-15%(taxes)/key price.
But also, we don't know for sure if it did sell for that (maybe the seller could have changed the price after his screenshot?) Just putting that possibility out.
The range should be (assuming there are no other valid sales) the price before and after taxes rounded to the nearest key. So $75 - $86.25, which is 32 - 37 keys since the current key price is $2.36.
If there are other valid sales they should included here too.
Feel free to take it. Two other sales for outdated hats. Both should fall into the range of ~32-37. This could be used to price those (burning bat handle and stare hermes). I think this is the only recent sale for the clean handle and there are only 2 other sales on the hermes - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27227065
