Notes:

5 already in existence but only 1 valid sale of which sold to a collector who does not intend to sell it. The only other sale involved SCM funds.

This suggestion should be fine. Should another sale occur, a new suggestion can always be made.

Conclusion:

One valid sale at 500 keys. Taking a final flat price of 500 keys.
