Conclusion: The Concealed Killers Weapons Case needs a small bump based on the evidence I provided. I am taking a conservative raise since there is the possibility the 0.44 buyers may lower their price to 0.33, depending on their supply of metal. Also taking the conservative value due to small amount of buyers. There are plenty of sellers at 0.22 ref, so I’m keeping the price as a range value.

Why not 2000 ?

Maybe he needs some spare space in his backpack for trading, otherwise (2000/2000) I believe he would only be able to give away his items. Like, if your backpack is full and you're trading your 5 items for another 5 items (or even less), Steam still gives you an error that you don't have enough free space in your inventory. Don't know if that was fixed by now.
