going with 13 keys flat. a 13-36 range would be cancer. probably an outlier

For future reference, whenever you see a bulk sale like sale 2 (e.g a sale where the hat youre pricing is only ~10% of the total sale), you can generally save yourself the effort of making minis. Due to the nature of such sales, they are not suitable for pricing the lowtier hat, as they often give greatly deviating values.

I know dedandrei as a hardcore unusual quick seller, so I try to avoid sales involving him. I haven't looked into those sales yet, but if they make a difference, I'll fix it
