EDIT: The 33 Pure was a quicksell.

It seems high because most likely something was added on top of the capo for the gym rat: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27091732 note the offer here, he was willing to add keys/sweets. The compare link also shows 15 keys missing from his backpack, so most likely something about 15 keys value was added, which would put the capo at 35 keys, right at the same price as the other 2 sales below and it would fit with the 40 keys b/os.
